Theater 47 is a multi-cultural performing arts company based in Park Forest, IL.  Its mission is to inspire, nurture, challenge, amaze, educate and empower artists and audiences through the arts.

T47 functions as an artistic home for dozens of self-producing artists.  There is an ongoing commitment to assist in the development of original theatre artists -- particularly those whose work is experimental in form and/or challenging in content.
