Opportunities Available for Production Assistants

Seeking Production Assistants for Theater 47. Must be available to work weekends. Paid position must also be able to multi-task job entails assisting with wardrobe, hair and makeup or running errands. Professionalism is a must. 

 

Additional Audition Opportunities

Theater 47 also conducts auditions periodically for specific roles and shows. Artists of all genres, actors, singers and dancers are encouraged to audition. Photos, resumes and video submissions are always welcome. Send to Theater 47 , via email to booking@theater47.com.

Script Submission

Theater 47 welcomes submissions of contemporary plays that are commensurate with the company’s mission and aesthetic. Theater 47 stands on its commitment to assist in the development of original theatre artists -- particularly those whose work is experimental in form and/or challenging in content.

 

We prefer submissions in email form for consideration; please send a query letter, your bio or resume, a brief synopsis, and a 10-page sample of your play to johnruffin@theater47.com
